Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) has postponed coach recruitment process for indefinite times without showing any reasons.The authority had advertised to recruit 14 male and seven female coaches, who will work in grassroots level. The last date of application for the posts was December 7.Without any prior notice, the applicants were asked to come on Tuesday through phone calls from BFF.Interestingly, the vice president of the federation and chairman of Development committee, under which the recruitment process is supposed to be accomplished, Badol Roy doesn’t know about the phone calls.Finally, the federation postponed the recruitment process due to Roy’s objection.He, however, didn’t want to acknowledge it as postponing rather delaying. But he refused to speak about whether he knew the recruitment process or not.He will discuss on the issue with technical director Paul Smali on Wednesday.
