Three members of a family were killed and eight others injured in a triangle road accident at Kathaltola area of Dumuria upazila in Khulna on Friday at 11am. The deceased are Sathi, 28, her sister Bithi, 8 and son Tamim, of Shahpur area in the upazila.The injured were sent to different hospitals including Khulna Medical College and Hospital.Subas Biswas, officer-in-charge of Dumuria Police Station, two Nasimon (locally assembled three-wheeler) collided behind a crippled truck at Kathaltola area and three members of a family killed on the spot. Apart from eight people were also injured, he added.
