Police detained four members of banned militant outfit of Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) with bullets and bomb making materials after gunfight with them in Bagerhat.The incident took place at Doratana bridge area in the town on Thursday around 2am.Ponkozchandra Roy, Bagerhat Police Superintendent, said, some JMB member’s opened fire on them, forcing them to retaliate, triggering a gunfight. Later four members were detained from the spot. Further details regarding this matter will be disclosed through a press conference later, he added.
