The High Court (HC) on Wednesday set November 16 to pass order on pleas of BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir seeking bails in three subversion cases.The High Court bench comprising Justice Md Rezaul Haque and Justice Md Khasruzzaman set the date after holding hearing on the rules issued earlier, asking as to why Fakhrul shall not be allowed regular bails in these three cases.Advocates Khandaker Mahbub Hossain and Joynul Abedin today argued for Fakhrul, while additional attorney general Momtaz Uddin Fakir stood for the state.
