A police informer was hacked to death by miscreants in the capital’s Kalshi early Sunday.The dead man is Manik, 45, son of Kitab Ali, hailed from Naogaon district.Dadon Fakir, officer-in-charge of Pallabi Police Station, said, Manik came under attack and injured critically when he was going to Kalshi intersection. Later a rickshaw puller recovered him and brought to Pallabi Police Station. Manik was declared dead by the doctors when he was sent to the hospital, he added.
