The condition of Sylhet college girl Khadiza Akter Nargis, who was brutally hacked by Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) leader Badrul Alam, has slightly improved after the 96-hour observation.‘Her survival chance is high, but it will take time for her to recover fully,’ said Dr A M Rezaul Sattar, associate consultant of the Neurology Department of the hospital, at a press briefing on Saturday noon.The doctor also said that she could move her right hand, and right leg, and respond with the right eye slightly.Khadiza, a second year degree student of Sylhet Govt Mohila College, was stabbed by Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) unit BCL leader Badrul Alam on her way home from MC College after appearing for an exam, following the refusal of his proposal for having a love affair with him, according to a news agency.
