A Juba Dal leader was hacked to death by terrorists over pre-enmity at Gangni upazila in Meherpur early Monday. The deceased is Abul Khair, 35, son of late Mukter Hosen, of Thanapara area under the upazila.Abul’s brother Insarul Haque Insu said, Abul came under attack when he reached at Gangni bazaar by riding motorcycle. The terrorists hacked him mercilessly and vandalized his motorcycle. Later locals recovered him and sent to Kushtia Medical College and Hospital and then referred to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital. He was died undergoing his treatment.Confriming the matter, Anwar Hosen, officer-in-charge of Gangni Police Station, said, a case was filled in this connection.
